Thank you for the very satisfactory delivery of flowers in Kingston, Jamaica. I was particularly reassured to receive your phone call, while I was placing my order, asking if I was experiencing a problem. There was 1 minor niggle during the order process due to your website defaults on country phone codes. The default code for Jamaica was shown as +876, but the actual code is (under the North American system) +1876. This error resulted in my order appearing to be rejected on 2 occasions. I persevered and the number was accepted without selecting a country. Thanks again for your service. I shall return.   Regards, James Aitken
